  I have never ever met.spoken.or had to deal with a rude ignorant son of the director. They are so quick to grab your money. Their after sales service is zero. My floor was put down b4 xmas and only this week (march) was the floor finally finished. I feel so sorry for the ladies answering the telephone..they are lovely but told what to say and do...never ever GO TO welch mill carpets..i.m sure the ombudsman would help peoplexxx

  Driver ran over our rockery, parked on our driveway and went to a job somewhere else in the street! Called the shop, they said they might come back and fix it when they were next in the area - when I asked for a timescale they said probably in a week. No apology. I said that wasn't good enough, and I wanted them to fix it today considering they damaged private property and drove off. The manager of the store said he didn't care and put the phone down on me. If they don't care about damaging private property of someone who hasn't even hired them to do a job, they aren't going to care about fitting your carpet! Use these cowboys at your peril.
